Zakooda Shendi’s Legacy
The epigrams are unique and provoke us to think about the life, love and relationships at unknown times in an unknown country. The origin of these epigrams is unknown. They were handed over to me by Mr. Aramazd Babakhanian. His last will was to have them published. Not a letter, punctuation or formatting of the epigrams has been changed. To some of the epigrams the first line is added as a title. They include words that might provide clues to their provenance. The epigrams are organized in two sections, Love and Rejection and Philosophy. In epigrams from the section Love and Rejection Zakooda Shendi wrote about his love for his wife and about his feeling being rejected by her. The epigrams from the section Philosophy reflect Zakooda Shendi’s thoughts about life in general.
The book can be found at www.amazon.com, and is also available in Kindle version.
